My method of operation

Everything I do with you is to facilitate better circulation in the body. We need to take care of your biggest pain in your body (within the scope of what I do.) Your brain is focused on your biggest pain I want to treat the cause not manage the pain.

We were trained to allow discomfort to be normal and we tolerate it until it becomes chronic and you can no longer ignore it. I operate differently my goal is to give you a full range of motion with no pain when you move, to help you remember how to feel better and to be comfortable in your body as you can be.

Call me at 262-894-3515 to schedule your appoinment.

Massage Styles

Swedish: (Classic western style) the most common massage treatment in the United States today, is typically performed with the client nude (Optional/or undressed to your level of comfort.) under a sheet. The therapist is trained in proper draping techniques so that only the area being worked on is exposed, leaving the rest of the body properly covered.

Shiatsu: (Eastern Style) this style is performed with finger pressure through the client’s clothing. No oils or creams are used. The elbow and forearm can be utilized as needed.

Sports therapy: When considered necessary, sports specific work light oils are used with style goal is to get you full range of motion/function with no pain.

Trigger Point therapy: A trigger point is an area of hyperirritability: the pain that arises in a trigger point is also felt at a distance (referral pattern) Sensory and motor phenomena, such as pain, tenderness, spasm, numbness, and tingling are felt at the referral area. These points are painful to the touch and are associated with dysfunctional neurological reflex arcs. Deactivating these trigger points by active stretching and direct pressure reduces the pain and improves the function of the areas involved.

Letha Yoga: Means partner-assisted yoga, this is joint mobilization and structural reeducation that focuses on major joints: jaw, neck, spine, shoulders, elbows wrist and fingers, hips, knees, ankles and toes. Letha yoga stretches large and small muscle, removes wastes and lubricates the joints, provides circulation, regulates flow of energy, and releases emotional stress. *Letha Yoga is not massage however some of the techniques may be similar to Indian, Chinese, Tibetan and Thai massage
