The Missing Piece ….there is no missing piece.
Ok here we go! Your life is going to come down to the emotions you allow yourself to feel. This is it, all day every day. Think of the things you wish to experience in life be it from your perfect lover, a pile of money, travelling the world, getting a pet, whatever it is you want it in your life because you think you will feel good in having it.
You know as I look at my life right now I can see how all of the things I have in my life are there were just a feeling in my imagination until they became a physical reality in my life. Now I can also say that the things that have not happened in my life yet, that I have been wanting to happen in my life. Have not happened because of how my feelings of contradictionhave been holding me back. Feelings like I’m not worthy yet, I don’t know if I’m ready blah just random thoughts like that that have slowed my physical manifestations from showing up in my life. The point is this keep your focus on what your life is becoming and do not be focused on what is currently missing.
Think back to a time in your life where you did not have some of the things you currently have in your life, as you do this I hope you realize that you do have the power to create and have anything you want in your life. For me it was my imagination that was key in my creating as I was playing in the feelings, those good feeling, don’t stop till you get enough, pee your pants excitement! The feelings are the first physical manifestation from that place then I would go about my daily life and then see how all the co-operative components to how I was feeling were showing up.
As I played with idea, felt the good feeling of the idea of it, held on to that feeling, did the next inspired action under that feeling. I prepared for the receiving of whatever I was feeling and when I was ready, it came right to me. It happened, a life experience happened to me that was a direct reflection of what I was feeling inside, and the same has happened for you and will continue to happen to you and I all day everyday.
So what are the emotions you feel on a regular basis? Hourly, daily, now I know I’m not the first to think like this many great personal growth teachers have done this and many will continue to do so in some way shape and form. And here is where I found out the next piece about managing my emotions:
- Every thing in my life will come down to the emotions I allow myself to feel.
- I get to choose how I feel all day everyday.
- No matter the desire, no matter the goal no matter the object the only reason I choose it is because I think I will feel better in the having of it.
- I don’t need anything in particular to happen at anytime for me to choose to feel good.
- If I have the power to adjust how I feel then… there is no truth to the idea of loss, less than and lack because how can I lose anything when everything I’ll ever have will be the feelings I generate.
Read number five one more time and then just do a quick check and if you can feel if you have more negative thoughts and feelings in your day? Then you must make a decision to feel more positive thoughts and do not let up. Just figure out what it will take for you to choose better feeling thoughts and allow you’re day to be smoother.
